Planned Giving

Outright gifts of cash provide immediate support for Parkview Community Hospital Foundation.  However, you might want to consider naming Parkview Community Hospital Foundation as a charitable beneficiary in your estate plan.  A planned gift can provide significant current and future support for the foundation and also offer you tax benefits.  Foundation staff will be happy to talk with you and work with your professional advisor.

Real Estate

Donations of private, commercial or industrial real estate can be of tremendous value.  Consultation with the Parkview Foundation during the early stages of your gift planning is highly recommended.

Life Insurance

A policy that is no longer required for its original purpose may be transferred to the Foundation, or a new policy naming Parkview Community Hospital Foundation as a beneficiary can be developed as a long-term gift.

Retirement Saving

You may name Parkview Community Hospital Foundation as a beneficiary of all or part of a retirement plan.

By naming Parkview Community Hospital Foundation in your will or living trust, you can provide support for the hospital after your loved ones are provided for.  Your gift may be a bequest of a specific dollar amount, a residual bequest of all or a portion of your estate; a contingent bequest; or a testamentary trust.  Often a charitable bequest can be made with just the addition of a codicil to your existing will.

Planned Giving Advisory Group

Parkview Community Hospital Foundation is honored to have some of the region’s leading attorneys, financial advisors, CPA’s insurance providers and other professionals as members of its Planned Giving Advisory Committee. These volunteers offer their time and expertise to help support the mission of Parkview Community Hospital Foundation in the community.

Parkview Community Hospital Foundation values the input and guidance it receives from committee members.

Founders Society

Parkview Community Hospital was founded by a group of five visionary physicians who shared a common purpose – to provide quality local healthcare to meet the needs of the community.

In that same spirit, the Founders Society is being established to honor special friends who share a similar commitment to excellence in healthcare by naming Parkview Community Hospital Foundation in their will or estate plan.
