Empowered Relief™ is an evidence-based, single-session pain class that teaches participants how pain is processed in the body and rapidly equips them with pain management skills. It was developed and tested by pain psychology scientists at Stanford University.
In-person Childbirthing Class
Dates: Every 1st Thursday
Location: Founders Center
Join our bestBeginnings Registered Nurse to receive important education that will help you prepare for childbirth, including what to expect during labor, delivery, and the postpartum experience. Class size will be limited to 8 expecting mothers plus 1 support person each. The Mother/Baby team at Parkview is here to educate, empower and encourage you while you prepare for the arrival of your baby. Expectant moms and their support person are invited to join our Labor and Delivery nurse at Parkview Community Hospital, for an informative, interactive, fun and free webinar via Zoom. We’ll cover topics like: • Labor and Birth • Medical Interventions • Preparing mentally for childbirth • Comfort Strategies • COVID-19 policies and procedures In order to allow time for everyone’s questions, the class size is limited to 15 couples.
