Information

COVID TESTING UPDATE:

Walk-up COVID testing is available when staffing allows. Please call 951-688-2211 x1200 for updated hours.

Parkview Community Hospital is working with Riverside County Public Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to respond to any potential COVID-19 cases in our area. We will continue to screen all patients entering our facility for signs and symptom of communicable diseases and we implement infection prevention and control practices to protect our patients, visitors and staff. We are in close communication with the CDC and World Health Organization and follow their recommendations to ensure patient safety. If you are experiencing symptoms of a life-threatening emergency such as stroke or heart attack, please do not delay a visit to the Emergency Department.

Our hospital is required to follow the State Government’s tiered distribution vaccination phase plan. Our allocation of the COVID-19 vaccine cannot be distributed to members of the public and is reserved for employees only. California's COVID-19 vaccination plan is happening in several phases: limited doses available; larger number of doses available; and sufficient supply of doses for the entire population. For further information, please refer to the California Department of Public Health’s COVID-19 resource portal. https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CID/DCDC/Pages/COVID-19/COVID-19Vaccine.aspx

About the Foundation

Parkview Community Hospital Foundation was established in 1973 by the Hospital Board of Directors and other concerned citizens who shared a commitment to meeting the growing healthcare needs of the greater Riverside region.

In 2019, Parkview Community Hospital was acquired by Doctors Hospital of Riverside LLC (DHOR), an affiliate of AHMC Healthcare Inc., a for-profit organization. The Parkview Legacy Foundation was established, and DHOR and AHMC have committed to donate $10 million to the Parkview Legacy Foundation over time.

Knowing that health and wellness begin in the places we live work and play and that we all do better when everyone thrives, the Parkview Legacy Foundation is embarking on an exciting expansion of our scope of work to benefit our service area including the communities surrounding Riverside, Jurupa Valley, Eastvale, Corona, Lake Elsinore, Perris, and Moreno Valley.

Expanded partnerships throughout the fields of healthcare, education, business, non-profit, municipality, and philanthropy will drive our collective success. We’re excited to have you on this journey with us enabling everyone in our community to pursue and maintain whole and healthy lives by addressing our region’s most pressing needs and empowering our most promising opportunities.
