Breast Feeding Basics

This is a two and a half hour class offered once a month. This class covers the information needed to get mom and baby off to a great start for breastfeeding. Topics covered includes benefits of breastfeeding, proper position and latch to avoid breastfeeding problems and how to breastfeed and return to work.

Arthritis Exercise Class

A FREE weekly exercise class that is designed for people with arthritis and improves health and well-being. Each session is led by a Physical Therapy Assistant who monitors participants and modifies the exercises according to individual abilities. Drop-ins welcome. No registration is necessary. History

Parkview Community Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization (95-3290732) established in 1973 by the Hospital Board of Directors and other concerned citizens who shared a commitment to meeting the growing healthcare needs of the greater Riverside region. Today, the Foundation is governed by a 25 member volunteer Board of Directors who remain committed to providing quality, accessible, compassionate, cost-effective healthcare services, and who together seek gifts and grants to support the region’s only non-profit community hospital.
