Sweet Success Program

The Sweet Success Program is a unique program by offering patient education specifically for women with diabetes while also pregnant. The program’s goal is to improve pregnancy outcomes and to decrease fetal deaths, along with neonatal and maternal complications that may occur due to diabetes. 
 
Population Served
The Sweet Success Program at Parkview Community Hospital provides services to all women with preexisting diabetes and gestational diabetes.
This program is entirely driven by physician referral. All women must have a referral from their healthcare provider prior to their first visit. HMO or PPO requires authorization.
