Parkview is proud to be able to provide these free classes and tours in an effort to promote healthy mothers and babies throughout the Riverside Community.
All classes are held in the Founder’s Center located directly across from the Hospital Entrance.
All classes are free of charge.

Please bring the following to these classes:
Childbirth Class: 2 bed pillows and a blanket.
Baby Basics: A doll or stuffed animal
Breast Feeding: A doll or stuffed animal and a pillow or Boppy.

Series of Four Classes; Every Thursday of the Month 2013

Time: 6:30-9:00pm
Class Description: These classes are offered every month in a series of four classes, once a week. The class covers the following topics: introduction to childbirth, anatomy and physiology, relaxation and breathing techniques of contractions, true vs. false labor and when to come to the hospital.
